1. Deeply leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) in daily workflows, covering the full software development lifecycle—including code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing.
2. Design and optimize Prompts to maximize the accuracy, reliability, and usability of LLM outputs in programming scenarios.
3. Build RAG or Agent-based applications to solve real-world engineering bottlenecks, such as repository-level code comprehension and automated business logic processing.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing & Communication Intern to join our dynamic team. You will produce material that explains how Contract-Based Financing (CBF) works in emerging markets and work closely with stakeholders across different departments to drive growth through creative strategies, AI-powered content workflows, and data-driven insights. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your ideas and efforts will be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, email, and partnerships
• Create engaging and creative marketing materials, campaigns, and short-form videos to drive user acquisition and brand awareness via leveraging AI-powered tools
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns for the company’s financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in the daily operations of the company’s official website and social media channels, including content publishing, SEO optimization, and audience engagement

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or pursuing master’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, fintech, or related disciplines
• Strong content writing, design, and video editing skills; familiarity with AI content-generating tools is a plus
• Genuine interest in fintech and financial services marketing, with awareness of compliance and risk-control requirements
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and fast adaptability
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is an advantage
• Available to work onsite 4–5 days per week, with a preferred commitment of more than two months.

From workshops and seminars to on-the-job training and collaborative projects, we aim to equip you with a diverse range of skills and experiences that will be valuable for your future career endeavors. You will make an impact by:

• Participating in the drafting and reviewing of Hong Kong law governed legal documents for various cross-border financing transactions, such as asset-backed loan facility and syndicate secured loan and for various investment funds related transactions;
• Assisting in the design and preparation of innovative financial products governed by laws from different jurisdictions;
• Participating in the drafting and reviewing of the PRC law governed legal documents for investment deals based on our innovative business models;
• Doing legal researches on the most popular and difficult topics;
• Learning fund compliance related knowledge and experience;
• Fully involved in the innovation and development of our internal “legal chain” know-how and AI projects; and
• Sharpening your technical and communication skills with different departments of our Company.

Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking candidates who has obtained or are obtaining their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law in a common law jurisdiction or the PRC. Nevertheless, we are also open to young talents who have a strong interest in law and have fast learning capabilities.

Authorization to work in Hong Kong: Candidates will need to ensure they have the proper work visa / permission to take up internship in Hong Kong. Final offer and eligibility will be subject to internship-related policies of Hong Kong’s Immigration Department, including endorsement by the institutions at which the candidates are currently enrolled.

For the internship, we require interns to commit to at least three full days per week to work in our HK office.
