Job Description

  1. Deeply leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) in daily workflows, covering the full software development lifecycle—including code generation, refactoring, debugging, and testing.
  2. Design and optimize Prompts to maximize the accuracy, reliability, and usability of LLM outputs in programming scenarios.
  3. Build RAG or Agent-based applications to solve real-world engineering bottlenecks, such as repository-level code comprehension and automated business logic processing.
  4. Collaborate with Frontend, Product, and Algorithm teams to integrate AI-assisted coding capabilities into internal developer platforms and core products.
  5. Continuously explore best practices for AI-augmented software engineering, embedding AI tooling into the end-to-end pipeline—from requirement analysis to production deployment.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  2. Full-Stack Proficiency: Solid engineering fundamentals with mastery of at least one core language (TypeScript / Python / Go, etc.); capable of shipping products independently end-to-end (Frontend, Backend, Database, and Deployment).
  3. AI-Native Workflow: Heavy daily reliance on Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools with a well-defined personal methodology; able to clearly articulate concrete pathways for AI productivity gains and the pitfalls encountered along the way.
  4. Prompt Engineering: Proven ability to craft high-quality, structured Prompts, with a track record of iteratively debugging and optimizing bad/edge cases.
  5. "0-to-1" Portfolio: Tangible proof of shipped work—be it a live production app, a tool with active users, an impactful open-source project, or an indie side-hustle (Please prepare a live demo for the interview).
  6. Pragmatic AI Judgment: Experience transforming LLM capabilities into practical tools; a sharp understanding of model boundaries, knowing precisely when to leverage AI and when not to.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with business teams to develop investment products, business solutions, and data compliance frameworks that comply with the Group's various legal and regulatory requirements.
  2. Draft and review legal contracts, handle relevant regulatory affairs, coordinate litigation and legal proceedings, and provide expert legal and compliance advice on investments, contracts, products, and corporate strategies.
  3. Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures relating to legal and data compliance.
  4. Liaise and collaborate with external legal counsels on specific projects and matters.
  5. Perform other legal and compliance duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law from a reputable university; passed the National Uniform Legal Profession Qualification Examination (PRC Legal Professional Qualification).
  2. Minimum of 3 years of work experience at a law firm, plus at least 1 year of in-house legal experience at financial institutions, banks, VC/PE firms, hedge funds, or securities companies. Must possess specialized expertise in at least one of the following areas: M&A, Fund Management, Equity Financing, Debt Financing, or Alternative Financing.
  3. Solid legal foundation with highly proficient drafting and reviewing skills for complex legal documents.
  4. Strong drive and adaptability to grow alongside the Group’s rapid business expansion; proven ability to quickly acquire new skills and knowledge, with the capability to coordinate complex transactions and projects across diverse business units and innovative product lines.
